Hello everyone ! It's been a very long time since I last published a post. My offense has been, not a lack in ideas to share with you, but rather a lack in time :

I've been juggling 2 major clients at the same time, and to make things more complicated, one is in Europe, and the other one is in Abu Dhabi.

I've continued to deliver my own trainings, and have been appointed as the trainer for CIPD Middle East on all topics related to Rewards as well.

I've also had a few health issues lately, which has reduced my energy. All is back to normal now, so I'm grateful - and trying to catch up :-)

As I'm about to enter my 6th year as an entrepreneur and independent consultant and trainer (time flies !), I've been thinking about creating a Rewards-based online group.

I know, I know - there are a lot of those already - just go check on LinkedIn : 609 Rewards Groups as of this writing !

But.... (of course, there is a "but" !), when I started talking about my idea in the last few months, I received a super enthusiastic response.

You see, my idea is to create a group for women who work in Total Rewards (in corporate, as consultants or providers) or who work in HR and have an interest in Compensation & Benefits.

As I started talking about this around mid-2017, I've since then even had some ladies come back to me and asking : "So Sandrine, where are you standing with the Group ? Don't forget me, I want to be in !". Now, that tells me there is true potential :-)

So, I've finally decided to grab the bull by the horns !
